From I-355 southbound, take the Route 56 exit (Butterfield Road) and take the ramp toward Oak Brook. Take the Highland Avenue ramp (keep left) and merge onto Highland Avenue.

From I-355 northbound, merge onto I-88 E toward Chicago, then take the Highland Avenue exit. Take the ramp toward the Chiropractic College, then turn left on Highland Avenue/Route 9 North and follow Highland Avenue.

From I-88 westbound, take the Highland Avenue exit (keep right). Follow signs for the Chiropractic College and turn right on Highland Avenue.
