Our Pet Policy

Pet Regulations: Pets Allowed
Details: Yorktown is a pet-friendly community. We allow 2 pets per home. Dogs are allowed in mid-rise buildings (1st floor only). Dogs are not allowed in the high-rise building. There is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet and a monthly fee of $30 per dog up to 40 pounds, $45 per dog 40-70 pounds and $30 per cat. We do not accept certain dog breeds, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
